Ordering

You may only place orders if you are at least 18 years old. By ordering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you place an order via our website, you will be presented with confirmation on your screen that your order has been received and accepted by Déskilz. Your contract with Déskilz is only formed when you have been presented with this confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation email. Please make sure that the email address, home address and telephone number you provide are correct and in proper working order, as these are required to fulfil your order. Please also ensure that, at the time and place of delivery, the recipient is reachable and available to receive the order. In an event where the recipient is not reachable or available to receive the order, the order will be returned to the store and the customer will have to opt for sameday pickup as orders can’t and won’t be kept till the next day. In a scenario where the order is returned to the store due to failed delivery, there will be no refund for such order.  

Products

All products are subject to availability. Items available on the website are items available to order real time.Website is for illustrative purposes only. Although we try our hardest to be consistent, at times, the size of the products can vary and products you order may vary slightly from those displayed. Availability and Delivery We strive to maintain our excellent reputation for on-time delivery. However, unfortunately, things do not always go as planned and factors outside of our control such as the weather and traffic conditions may occasionally prevent us from achieving this. We only deliver to the locations listed on the website. Ensure your location is listed on the Website before placing an order as they’ll be no refund in cases where an order is placed for a location out of our delivery locations. Delivery isn’t easy – but we’ve had a lot of practice in getting it right. That’s why we don’t support the use of third party delivery service companies to deliver your order. The maximum time a rider can wait outside a customers location is 15minutes. If the order is not received after 15minutes, the order will be returned to the store. In a scenario where the order is returned to the store due to failed delivery, the customer will opt for sameday pickup as there will be no refund for such order. For their safety and security when delivering, drivers will deliver to gates of building and not rooms/flats. Our team is here to help you, please treat them with respect. Any aggressive or violent behaviour towards our team or other shoppers is not acceptable. If your order is for delivery, Déskilz will do it’s best to fulfil your order within a reasonable time of your confirmation email, taking into account the volume of orders and circumstances facing the Restaurant at the time. Pick-up orders are ready for pick-up in 30minutes after you received your confirmation email.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order by terminating the process before making payment. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed, you may, at the sole discretion of Déskilz be charged the full price of the order and no refund will be due to you. Déskilz reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation. You will not be charged for any orders that is cancelled. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled will typically be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Return/Refund

To provide the best customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions. If you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy please call our restaurant. Preparation of your order begins immediately after your order has been confirmed. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.

Food Order Errors

If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order so it can be rectified. If the wrong food item is delivered, please contact us as soon as the error is discovered and the correct order will be delivered. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)/package as received.

Food Order Incomplete

In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you/complete the order immediately. Please contact us as soon as you notice that any food items were not received in your order.

Food Dissatisfaction

We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please contact us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container(s)/package so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food in the original container(s)/package and have confirmed the error.

Price and Payment

Prices are as quoted on our menus, website and/or in store and may change from time to time. Although changes will not affect orders already placed (unless the prices are clearly wrong or arise due to a technical error). Payments, for orders placed via the website, are made directly on the website. Payments, for in-store orders, are made directly at the store.   If you wish to contact Déskilz at any time, you should contact us using our Contact Form or visit the store.
